Calendar of Events for the Department of Human Development and Family Studies

November 16 - Informal Graduate Student Get-Together, 3:00 - 4:00 pm, 202 Alison Hall.

November 17 - Mid-Semester Social for Human Services and Early Childhood Education majors.  Sponsored by the HDFS Advisement Center.  5:00-6:15 pm, Room 202 Alison Hall.

November 18 - EXPO College of Education and Public Policy.  Explore the undergraduate majors and minors in Human Development and Family Studies, Education, Fashion and Apparel Studies, and Urban Affairs and Public Policy.  1:30 - 4:30 pm, Rodney Room, Perkins Student Center.

November 19 - Managing and Sharing Quantitative and Qualitative Data in a Global Society - Colloquium  presented by Dr. Bernard Nauck and Dr. Leslie Cooksy, 12:00-1:30 pm in 209 ALW.

November 20 - Marvin B. Sussman Dissertation Prize Ceremony honoring Tracy Evian Waasdorp, Ph.D.  4:00 pm, The Gallery-Perkins Student Center

December 2 - Theory, Research and Practice Interfaces in Human Development and Family Studies - Colloquium presented by Dr. Rob Palkovitz.  3:00 pm, location to be announced.

December 7 - Graduate Recruitment Event.  4:00-5:30 pm, 202 Alison Hall. Informational session for those Undergrads who are interested in HDFS Graduate Programs.
